Eligible nonprofits get Microsoft 365 Business Basic free for up to 300 users, and the paid plans at a steep discount. Eligibility has to stay validated, or the discount can lapse.

Not every nonprofit needs the same thing. IT Essentials is built for small teams working mostly in the cloud: proactive management and security, handled by the same senior engineers. Fully Managed is for organizations of 15 to 70 people who want IT fully handled, including a plan and a budget for the year ahead. We’ll tell you which fits, and if you don’t need us yet, we’ll say that too.

What about our donor database?
We secure the sign-ins, devices and backups around it, and work with the database vendor on anything inside the software.

Do you work with nonprofits outside Denver?
