Proof, Not Promises
Real organizations. One system each. IT included.
An independent industrial client — and the nonprofit we run ourselves. Two very different operations with the same root problem: disconnected tools and unreliable IT. Here's what one partner and one platform changed.
Case Study 01 · Independent Client
SIEMAG TECBERG — production data, off the whiteboard
Industrial manufacturing · Managed IT + real-time production reporting · siemag-tecberg.com ↗︎
Before
Production reporting lived in an Excel spreadsheet, and sharing it meant manual work to build a PDF. Nothing was real time — the report always trailed the floor — and there were no fault reports at all. The data existed; the visibility didn't.
After · On Aweeba
Real-time production reporting on the Aweeba platform — data captured on the floor, dashboards that show what actually happened today, not last Friday. No two-year ERP project, no per-machine hardware tax. And Aweeba runs their IT, so the platform and the infrastructure it runs on have the same owner.
Results
- The spreadsheet-to-PDF cycle is gone — production data is captured as it happens, and the dashboards read live, not last shift
- Fault reporting exists where it simply didn't before — problems surface as events on a screen, not anecdotes at a meeting
- The reporting keeps growing on the same platform — no new manual process invented to feed it
Case Study 02 · Our Own Nonprofit
RDM — Aweeba's proving ground
Arts / education / youth programs · Denver, Colorado · Managed IT + Aweeba Platform · rdm.life ↗︎
Full disclosure: RDM is operated by Aweeba's founder — it's the organization the platform was forged in. We're showing you our own operation because nothing demonstrates the product like running a real nonprofit on it, every day. For independent proof, see SIEMAG above.
Before
Instructor training lived in a fillable PDF — hard to distribute, impossible to track, graded by hand, certificates managed manually. Music for classes was vetted by hours of lyric-Googling and debate; teachers avoided new songs because reviewing them took too long. Everything worked, but nothing worked together — and it all ran on staff time.
After · On Aweeba
Members, programs, studio scheduling, and an e-learning portal — one Aweeba instance, one login, unlimited users. And the same team manages RDM's IT: laptops, email, security, backups. When something breaks anywhere in the stack, there's one number to call.
Build #1
The Safe Dance Education Portal
A static PDF course became a full certification platform: self-service registration and Stripe payment, video modules with auto-graded quizzes, progress tracking, and certificates issued the moment a student finishes. Manual course administration went to zero — students enroll, learn, pay, and certify around the clock without a staff member touching a spreadsheet.
Build #2
The Safe Music Analyzer
RDM works with kids, so every song must be safe and values-aligned. What took hours of manual lyric checking now takes seconds: enter a song, and the system pulls data from Spotify, Genius, and MusicBrainz, evaluates it against RDM's own written values, and returns an approval report — age-appropriateness, tone, choreography suitability, and score. Judgment turned into a system, not replaced by one.
Results
- Course administration time: eliminated — enrollment, grading, payment, and certificates run themselves, 24/7
- Music vetting: hours of manual review per song, down to seconds — with a consistent, values-based score every time
- One record per human across members, programs, classes, and courses — no re-entry, no drift
"We went from guessing and Googling to knowing and teaching."— RDM's program director, on the Safe Music Analyzer
