Straight answers to the questions people actually ask.
Managed IT
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Flat monthly rate, no long-term lock-in — we keep clients by being good, not by making leaving painful.
What size organizations do you work with?
Typically 15–70 people across the Denver metro. Program-running nonprofits and industrial businesses are our specialties, with professional-services firms close behind.
How fast do you respond?
Fast, human response — no tier-1 runaround. Every ticket is handled by a senior engineer, and AI clears the busywork so the human reaches your issue sooner. We publish measured response numbers only once our own ticket data proves them.
What does managed IT cost?
One flat monthly rate covering helpdesk, security, Microsoft 365, backup, and strategy — with unlimited users. How we price and why is on the pricing page; a real quote takes one 30-minute conversation.
Do you work with nonprofits?
Yes — it's our home turf. That includes discounted Microsoft 365 nonprofit licensing and unlimited users so volunteers and teaching artists are covered.
What areas do you serve?
The Denver metro as a service-area business: Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Thornton, Arvada, Westminster, Centennial, Boulder, and nearby communities — on site and remote.
The Aweeba Platform
What is the Aweeba platform?
One configurable system for the operational core of your organization — members, programs, classes, e-learning for nonprofits; production reporting, work orders, and maintenance for industrial teams — on your own dedicated instance, with unlimited users.
How long does implementation take?
Weeks, not months. We start with the module that hurts most, configure it around your real workflow, migrate your data with you, and go live — then grow at your pace. No two-year ERP project.
How is the platform priced?
Usage-based, with unlimited users — staff, volunteers, operators, and board members all included. You're never charged for adding people or contacts.
Is Aweeba an ERP?
It's an ERP alternative. You get the "one system" benefit — connected data, one login, real reporting — without the two-year rollout, the per-seat tax, or the army of consultants.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes. Spreadsheets, exports from your current CRM or class tool — data migration is part of every implementation, done with you so nothing gets lost in translation.
How are the IT side and the platform side different?
Two front doors, one team. Managed IT keeps your technology healthy; the platform replaces the pile of disconnected tools you run operations on. Many clients start with one and add the other — and no other platform vendor also runs your IT.
