Veteran-Owned · Denver Metro · Flat-Rate

Calm, reliable IT for growing Denver businesses.

Stop being your company's unpaid helpdesk. Aweeba manages your entire tech stack — support, security, cloud, and strategy — for one predictable monthly rate, with real people who answer.

30 minutes. No pitch. You keep the findings either way.

Veteran-owned & founder-led Flat-rate, no surprise invoices Every ticket handled by a senior engineer Security built into everything

Sound familiar?

  1. IT problems land on you.

Every printer jam, password reset, and "the internet is down" interrupts your actual job.

  2. Your current support is slow.

Tickets disappear into a queue while your team sits idle.

  3. You're not sure you're secure.

Backups, ransomware, compliance — you're hoping more than knowing.

  4. Costs are unpredictable.

Break-fix billing means every bad month for your tech is a bad month for your budget.

Everything IT, handled.

One partner for your whole stack — from desktops to data centers.

Managed IT & Helpdesk

Proactive monitoring, maintenance, and fast human support for your whole team. No bots, no runaround — every ticket goes to a senior engineer.

Cybersecurity

Protection built in from day one — endpoint security, backups, email defense, and employee awareness.

Cloud & Microsoft 365

Migration, licensing, security, and day-to-day management that just works.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

Tested backups and a real recovery plan — so a bad day is an inconvenience, not a crisis.

Strategic IT Consulting

A real technology roadmap aligned to your business goals — not just break-fix.

Business Systems

We also build and connect the systems you run on — workflows, reporting, operations — so your IT partner actually understands your operations.

The portal your team actually uses

Most of it is fixed before anyone picks up a phone.

Describe the problem in your own words. Our assistant can already see your machines — it works out what's wrong, shows you what it checked, and asks before it touches anything.

No categories to pick. No tier 1 to get past.

You see every step it took, not just the answer.

A person is one click away, always.

Outlook keeps asking for my password

You

Outlook on the front desk PC keeps asking for my password and won't take it. I've tried it three times.

Aweeba assistant

That'll be RECEPTION-01 — it's the only front-desk machine on your account. Let me look.

Checked the mailbox — healthy, no lockout

Checked sign-in logs — three failures from this device, none elsewhere

Found itthe profile still points at the server your mailbox moved off on Friday

Your password is fine. The machine is asking the wrong server. I can repoint it from here.

Why clients stay with Aweeba

  1. Every ticket goes to a senior engineer

No tier-1 script readers, no handoffs, no queue purgatory. The person who answers can actually fix it — that's how the company is built, not a stretch goal.

  2. Critical issues reach a senior engineer within the hour

Usually much faster. When something is genuinely on fire, you're talking to the person who can put it out — not a dispatcher reading your ticket number back to you.

  3. Most tickets resolved the same business day

Your team gets back to work today, not "within 3–5 business days." Small senior team, no bureaucracy between the problem and the fix.

  4. Our first clients are still our clients

Flat rates, twelve-month agreements, and relationships that have run for years past the first one. We keep clients by being good at this.

"With Aweeba, we finally have a tech partner who understands the stakes of operational downtime. Their support has been proactive, reliable, and tailored to the real-world needs of our facility. From device management to long-term planning, they've brought stability and forward momentum to our IT."
— Randy Moore, Vice President Engineering, SIEMAG TECBERG

Where we work across the metro

Denver is home base and the office is in Littleton, but the service area is the whole metro — on site where a job needs hands, remote for everything else. Two cities have pages of their own because their businesses ask us noticeably different questions: managed IT in Aurora, where the city's size and its healthcare and defense employers shape what companies need, and managed IT in Westminster, where professional-services firms and light industry work across both ends of the US-36 corridor.

Arvada

Olde Town's owner-operated firms and the light industry along the Ridge corridor — a north-west run from the office, and one we make often enough that scheduling it is routine rather than an event.

Lakewood

The west metro's belt of professional-services firms, clinics, and community organizations, from the Federal Center corridor out to Belmar. Directly north of the office, so hardware work is a short trip rather than a scheduling exercise.

Thornton

Fast-growing north-metro companies that have accumulated technology in layers — a server from one era, cloud apps from another, and nobody entirely sure what is still load-bearing. Untangling that stack safely is most of the first month here.

Centennial

South-metro professional firms competing for the same clients as Tech Center neighbors who have in-house IT departments. A flat rate buys them the same security posture and the same coverage without carrying the headcount.

Boulder

One of the state's densest concentrations of nonprofits, studios, labs, and research-adjacent teams. Discounted nonprofit licensing and the absence of any per-seat charge matter here, because these are organizations that count volunteers and fellows as staff.

Everywhere else in the metro

Highlands Ranch, Broomfield, Parker, Englewood and the rest are covered on exactly the same terms. If your address is not named above, it changes nothing about the plan — just ask.
